To meet growing demand for high-end cosmetic packaging, Ningbo Yuqi Packaging Co., Ltd. has recently commissioned a new fully automated precision injection molding line. The new line is equipped with an in-line vision inspection system and robotic pickers, enabling efficient and stable production of complex packaging components.

According to the production manager, daily output has increased by approximately 35%, and product yield has risen to over 98.5%. The new line is especially suitable for products with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, such as lipstick tubes, compact cases, and lotion pumps. This upgrade represents an important step in the company’s strategy of “empowering global customers with technological innovation.”
